I am an IT professional with Web Development knowledge ready to help upgrade, streamline, or debug client/server-side technologies. Possesses a natural ability to maximize interaction between user and machine to create valuable experiences. Penchant proactive leader who displays a can-do approach for problem-solving and driving results to build better user experiences.

A Glimpse into my Experience

Hardware Installation

I handle the installation and teardown of user's workstations, adding them to the Domain and their specific Organizational Unit. I also connect user's PCs to local and network copiers, set up scanners, and ensure organized cable management. Before users begin, I thoroughly test all installed equipment to confirm full functionality.

Audio and Video Support

For county events ranging from small to large gatherings, I handle and maintain the setup of projectors, microphones, laptops, and audio. I also provide audio and video support for Zoom webinars and Teams meetings.

Reimaging at Meta

Updated user’s asset to latest operating system via Apple’s internet recovery; tailor selected laptops/desktops to end users specific needs by running Meta supplied scripts via command line or powershell. Skilled in installing various operating systems, including: macOS, Windows 10/11, and Fedora Linux.
